Is the Karma Bonus Point System editable?
if yes, how?

I would like to have a box in the admin panel /admin/index.php (staff settings) to edit this karma Bonus Point System (like I can do with Rules manage)...
could be possible?

Its possible to make a mod for bonus points settings, but you have to edit each file that gives a user bonus points, if i found time i can make this. But i will only make the part for DB and Site settings and give you an example how to modify files that writes points to user account like comment, thank you or forum post.
