3. I start seed from utorrent.

That's all

OK you are missing a step...

Upload the torrent to site
Download the torrent FROM your site [ the one you just uploaded]
Seed that torrents
If its Red check in the tracker stats whats the error.

Announce ??
 

What source code are you using - i cant understand why your adding a passkey on torrent creation - if your using tbdev with a passkey installed then your personal passkey is simply embedded in the torrent automatically on download - Use http://www.yoursite.org/announce.php -- Thats all you need to do when creating your torrent.

and then upload and re download if it don't work post your announce.php k m8

2. Upload torrent into website
3. download torrent from the website
4. seed

I do this but it still red in utorrent.
