Bravo List - BT.Manager only longin page not indexing

BT.Manager only one know of a way to stop guests from viewing index
there is nothing in the tools about this in permissions
there is bots trying to indexing the shere log is wow in a hour 500 pags to clear up

anyone know how to set the page to longin only...as joe done so the bots can acess ithe indexing there no setting to stop this in tools at all it redirects to the login page this is mad very mad ive day i have to clear about 5000 bots in tools over night what a joke
