You need a VPS/Linux or Dedi/linux server, some place like OVH or similar.

Not true they will delete a tracker if it is reported to have copyright content on it.

Irregardless running a tracker there is a bad move.
And yeah as mentioned Gazelle / Ocelot does not play nice in a shared environment it is designed to be run on a VPS or dedi.
