Bump: yes but most of the affordable packages are in France and a simple google search will reviel that while france can be considered offshore the laws in France are near enough the same as UK, plus I suppose if your gonna go for Netherlands and want better than OVH then Softlayer is option, if not Leaseweb - as personally i would stick OVH at bottom of three quoted. Anyhow I can only offer what I offer if you like order if not then sorry I couldn't be of any assistance :)
