Enter PHPMyAdmin (or if you use any other), then users, change your values in there. That is, enable account, change usergroup back to the correct one.

Erase any Cache, Cookies and Offlinedata, from your browser and try again.

This works for me can not remember which was something that changed the theme of this pincode but 100% operational

/admin/include/settingpanelfunctions.php
/admin/managesettings.php
/admin/index.php
/admin/setting.php

and they worked
