you have some security module enabled on apache? (mod_security)
or other similar modules.... disable, install then enable again. but you'll have problem also at admin panel....

If i change my host, then this mod_security will "dissapear", the most of the hostings don`t have this module enabled, right? I`ll try to change my host and see if it will work :)
