Guest download

Hi all!

Where in TS 5.1 i can turn on guest download without registration?:unknown:

i guess you should disable "request registration" and members only .. smth like that... oh and the invite action aswell, or go to user permissions and set there guest`s privileges.

i have set register member only off, guest cannot download,why? i using tsse 5.6, how to disable "request registration"
