How do I edit the disclaimer in ts5.6?

Hi there, I was trying to find out how to edit ts5.6 disclaimer, So how do I do that? I've looked under every stone, but what do I do to edit the disclaimer?

Would love some help, thanks. Also How do I edit powered by ts5.6 at the bottom?

find:

Replace with:
