ok thank you! This problem is resolved! now i have installed ipb without error, but there are other one error. Look this image

remove the strict standards from php.ini display error settings.
that is just an advice, not really an error.

(i have add torrent extension in attachment type)

did u even checked error log from server?
did u chmod 777 the folder where .torrent files go ?

yes! if i disable ipb torrent i can upload torrent without error

Bump: maybe i must modify this file?

of course you need to modify the anounce urls to match your domain/ip
but i don't believe that is the issue here.
