if i recall the footer not very good on this as the fix been done on it

From the pic, it look like the div or table containing the footer.
Is the wrong width.

Should be a simple fix to do.

yes it is on the resize if the image yes them the tenplate will need fixing to match the image footer $htmlfoot And also the css
