I did backup and restore db elsewhere, so now is not the login accounts

if its the same back up it should eb the same login try another browser or create a new user and add them to owner rank and login

tested here, works on localhost but not on another server

make sure you have the same mysql settings on the other server.
like if on localhost the db has utf8_unicode_ci make sure on the other server it has the same.. stuff like that.

but it should work straight after the import
