Why cant configure forum?

hi, i created forum in tracker settings, and in global settings set it "Forum Online yes". also tried creating announcements and other child forums but it seems like i cant configure and run forum correctly. here is picture of what i get when i click on forum menu on my index page ps. i am using it on xampp tsse 5.6

You have to configure first your forum in tracker settings, incl. permissions & child forums, etc...:)
