where do you get that you need this file??
there is not any need for this because there never has been a file graphics.php
nor a folder graphics.. do you get a error requisting this file?? and if so where??

I upload de file HTML to my root...

After i change permission to folder, and go to my browser to www.meysite.com/setup/index.php

the result is this:
