There is no error message.You just dont have permission to download the torrent.

The other torrents downloaded from torrents and made it new.
I uploaded elsewhere after him and then I got this error message.

Because you probably used the same announce url when you created the new torrent..Try using the announce url (tracker) for the site your uploading to when creating the torrent.

Self-made torrents write this.
For example: if I download a torrent somewhere and I want to put my ear then they stand a belölle utorrentel new torrents are not always enough diversity but I get this error message myself.
