can't enter staff panel

can you help me ?

i install it but i can't enter staff panel because it dont recognize my pincode ...i change it but it is do the same .
What i should do because i need to change the categories?

admin permission-denied ?? how i can unblock that ??

Im admin but i get permission-denied .. because I put many times wrong securty code there in admin controll pamel - staff settings ..

i put same Pincode : **** but somthime its ok sometime its not ok !Security Check Please Enter Setting Panel Pincode

After you unban from the database, go first to the Tracker Settings / Security and setup your staff panel pincode, wich is not the same thing as the settings pincode

there are 2 seperated pincodes, the one you create while install witch is for Settings Panel and other one you create later for the Staff Panel :smile:

So you need to unban yourself tru phpmyadmin or similar :D

I have trouble verifying a pin code of Staff pannel.
I use the virtual keyboard, enter the code pin and then give check pincode

And I get the following error:

An error has occcured!
Invalid Pincode

I entered pine that I used to install and does not work
When access Tracker Settings get this error:

Error
Access Denied! You have been exceed your max pincode attempts therefore we have been disabled your account.

how I could solve this problem?

ok go in staff pin set them in there to what you want and remember what you set them too to get in tracker and staff tools just make sure both are not set the same pass words in tools and tracker

like the ts 5.6 if you change it in that you have to us the same pin for staff tools and for tracker pin in the ts5.6 if you are banned from tracker wait a few days then try again but i would put the same pin in tracker and stafftools as well

as i tryed what you did and banned my self could not work out why then looked at it soon as ban went tryed it out and same pin for both there is no way it can be change ive tryed it the coder of the ts 5.6 should sort the mod out so it can be change in tracker setting :unknown:
