The problem with the hard drive

I installed vinchecter Samsung 200Gb. I can not format it. Trying to clear sections, but gives the strength of 30 Gb.   When I try to format, delete data , change / move partitions, and so on, all in the first minutes at first sight is fine, but after a sharp crash and subsequent restart. And at the end viizhu blue screen that politely tells you that a problem with the physical memory .   Try another hard drive - everything works fine. Tell me, what can I do?

1: first check ram if you have two sticks take one out try to do the same thing your doing if same thing change the sticks of ram to test the other if its still doing the same thing
2:get yourself a new hd
you get it with hardware failures like your hd or ram sticks

conclusion the hd your trying to use if fooked
ebay for around 10.00
