Getting this Error....

When I try to upload an external torrent, it gives me this error:

Code:

Retrieval of remote file failed!

I have External Torrents enabled for myself and External Scrape is on.
I think it has to do with IMDB, if I try to add an image or add IMDB link, it gives me this error.

Any Ideas?
