It has never been released. Trust me, I've been looking for a script like this for years. I believe limetorrents and kickasstorrents are also built on the same base. The closest I ever got to a functioning torrent crawler / indexer was duga-3 which works pretty well but doesn't have an elaborate front end. There is also a crawler for phpMyBitTorrent, but it isn't maintained.
