IRC Hack or Module

I tryed to create a Javachat IRC Module for my tracker but always wenn i opend it the modul is in the header position.
How to get it on the position whrere the member list torrent list and so on is?

Or has someone a ready IRC module for me. PjIRC is a great Javachat.

Here is one irc module: Login

This hack works as module (we can activate/deactivate).

1) unzip files locally
2) copy irc folder to web root directory on server
3) copy Irc_Module folder to hacks directory on server
4) install hack
5) go to Admin Panel > Tracker Settings and set Irc Settings (irc server, port, channel)
