as you are using free hosting the must not allow users to use .htaccess files mate most free hosts are the same limited good for testing source codes but you cant run a torrent site on free hosting they would shut you down in no time

Ah, I see. I thought i will just use this to start on first, but it seems like its all pointless if they are going to shut it down anyways.

On cheap or free hosts? Yes your also going to find the host also well cause problems with Java scripts to

its ok to use free hosting just to test source codes and find the best one for your needs but at some point you are best getting a vps or dedicated server

ah, I see. So is there no other way to get a free good server or one for a cheap price or one that I can pay with a Wallie Card, so that non of my information need to be given.
