(1) anyone that can tell me how and where to add upload for new members so when they sign up to site they get 2 gigs ?

(2) and where to go and stop email comfirm would like members to log on site with out waiting for a email thats not going to get there ?

For the default 2gb add 2147483648 in the user/upload field in your mysql database
