globals in TS 5.4

Hello, can you tell me where could I find a file of globals in TS 5.1 because I need to set up new option like $usergroups or $CURUSER or $rootpath and so on.

well ts5.1 has setup for usergroups not sure what you're doing but /include/ has tons of functions you can look at
