I'm new to this, I have tried them all out. I want to be able to use external torrents, show seeds from those torrents and have alot of admin settings. I tried them all out and I like TBDev as well but it doesnt accept external torrents.

If you have any suggestions for me, I'm all ears.

phpMyBitTorrent accepts external torrents and tracks there peer data.

well TS is coded with ioncube so it`s very bad since you can`t edit it

What about admin settings and how much to make a theme for it?

I have it here installed on a test domain right now.
I'm only worried about a theme.

there are allot of setting for PMBT there is 34 areas in the admin panel for settings.

PMBT is allot easier to create themes for.

And when I try to upload a torrent I get this:

 Upload Failed!Invalid Announce URL. Must be udp://denis.stalker.h3q.com:6969/announce

thats because PMBT dose not suport udp addresses.
get torrents with announce url as http:// https://
