Mute option in Edit User

Hi! I want to add a mute plugin to my tbdev script. This plugin should prohibit users from sending PMs and posting in forum. Also i want as the plugin to be managed from Admin page. (At each user page to be a Mute button and for how long dropbox) like in the screen :



In the screen i added the mute setting at an user edit page as i want to be :D
