TS 3.1 Problem

When I ban a user in 3.1 version everyone is banned, even me! I can't login to site because my IP is banned:unknown:

why do you fail reading the damn page????
it asks if you want to ban the IP or not!
that function doesn't ban all IPs I've used it million times but if it does then one of the two
1. your country is running on few IPs
2. host setup is wrong and recognizing everybody as 1 IP

I had TS 2.5 and there wasn't a problem to ban somebody.
I've installed 3.1 it properly. If you want to help me and check this problem I'll send you my websit eadress, give you a "Sysop". Then you may try to ban somebody.

I never had that issue look at the IPs and let me know if they're the same

Where EXACTLY Can I check if the IPs are the same?

the user you're banning and your IP!
did you try to upgrade from 2.5 to 3.1 because i used clean install of 3.1

My IP and user's IP are NOT the same.
I used a clean install of 3.1 as well.
Just imagine.... I banned someone and then... It's over - "The website can't be viewed." I can't login, register, whatever. Even other users, that are not banned - they also can't login or register. Everything is banned. I needed to install 3.1 again, in fact I lost my whole data and the worst thing - users.

can you try to reinstall on some other subdomain to see if it's doing the same?

I tried to install it on 3 various severs or subdomains. Everywhere the same situation. I downloaded TS Special Edition v.3.1 Nulled by Bind from bvlist.com.
Got any idea how to fix it? Or maybe send me some files that are for 100% OK.
