more than 1 ip

hi all if anyone can answer this plz wud be much appreciated i am using ts.4.3
how do you add more than 1 ip to a member or members ?? always get this ip is in use etc few ppl have more than 1 pc and need multiple login accounts ie wife son daughter lol
so wot do i do to allow more than 1 ip from the same ip if ya know wot a mean hahaha yer am a newbie pmsl but we all got to learn somewhere right

Try this, Staff Menu > Tracker Settings> enter you pin code .. then go to SECURITY Settings > find Max. IP's? replace 1 to disable > Save
Ps: not sure !

from what i understood from topic starter,
it's many IPs per 1 User not many users per 1 IP issue
that tracker setting only specify 1 user can only register on that 1 IP

i think if you disable IP logging maybe that would work and if not try to disable the suggested mod above too
