Yeah Yeah I know this topic has been asked several times in here but what the hell, what is one more, so here goes, I am looking for a new tracker source code to use. I am currently using (yeah i know TSSE) and I want to move away from it because it is nothing but trouble. I have spent the last two years supporting themes and modifications for this source and now with the latest release, it seems too much trouble to continue one with it.

What I am looking for is a source that is open, unencrypted, works both on unix and windows flavor so I can can mod on my home laptop no matter if I am at work wasting tax payers dollars playing with theme designs or creating mods.

Also need this source to be flexible for theme design and easy to understand.

Let me say now, I am totally against TBDEV and TSSE, because both are not me anymore.

Does anyone have a suggestion that can work with both and suit my needs.

Little Background on myself:
Been using trackers since 2000.
Used TBDEV, TorrentStrike, and TSSE
Was SYSops, Admin, Mod, and Owner of several tracker sources.
I understand my way around torrenting and can fairly understand how to backward engineer a file to work for what I am wanting it to do.
I have owned one site that due to lack of time, had to shut it down.

I am looking for something to keep my hobby and interest going.

The advantage of using that source is beeing able to speak directly with its developer on this forum

We call that source PMBT and right now there is a search for a new THEME for it, so if you have any ideas you can post them here:

what do you mean a new theme as in to change the default one that comes with it....yeah it was pretty off centered and not liking IE very much. I have a lot of work to do with fixing the source i downloaded to get it where I can work with it, I am not much looking to start a tracker with it as I am creating mods for it. I will let you all know as I continue to play around with it what I can produce.

You may also want to check out phpMyBitTorrent site there are a lot of fixes done there already and here to for that.
You should also look at the cvs repository to under pmbt205 and keep a Eye on it for changes because I am changing theme systems to a template system

If you change it to a template system that would be awesome, where the theme system now is a challenge to work with, which i like challenges, a template system would be better.

I thought I downloaded the most recent version but will check again, I like the layout of this and want to start on a radio, blackjack, and casino different style look. Will keep my one good eye on you Joeroberts and ask your advice when i need it.

No it is not!
PMBT is its own source outright!
it is not compatible with any other source.
