no we can't learn you how to make a tracker... those of us who can make trackers and develop them have spent years learning PHP, HTML, XHTML, CSS, MySQL e.c.t and it would be impossible to teach you all of it in a short period of time

i suggest you look up on PHP tutorials and buy plenty of coffee and be prepared to constantly learn .. because you'll be learning the basics of PHP for around a couple of years.. then you need to learn about configuration, security, apache, web server installation and configuration and while doing that constantly learning new things about php and keeping up to date with new php developments.

OR you can either grab one of the premodded sources (which i personally dispise and no one will ever change my mind) or pay someone to do it for you as a lot of people seem to be doing these days
