problem with hit and run

i have one problem with hit and run tool.
when i want too see the hit and runners via staff tools i receved error.
i seemy db and the table ts_hit_and_run is here.
i dont know why happen this.
i am used TSSE 5.6 Heavy Modded
i replace the php file with some from other ts version but i have the same problem.
i attach screen.
if someone can help me to fix it i was obliged.

The problem seems to be in your db, not in the php files ...
Did you try a repair table or repair and optimize the entire database?

yes.i have make optimize-repair my db but nothing.i cant find what is happen m8.
