Hi to all, i have a question, i have made all the steps form ReadME and i codent instal the phpbb2, i have made config.php in the phpbb2 folder and the same problem i dont get the instal page. What cen i do to make it work?

Hy, to install phpbb2 first make sure that in admincp.php the Activate PhpBB Forum is NOT checked.. now at your tracker url in firefox ,IE, opera ,chrome,etc, add this : phpBB2/install/install.php at the end of url , so like this: http://tracker.com/phpBB2/install/install.php , then follow the steps , delete the install folder in phpbb2, again go to admincp.php on Activate PhpBB Forum make sure is now checked ,click submit, relogin on phpbb2.php end you are done .

When i make this et says me:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i changed phpbb2 permission to 755 and it worked

Bump: Guys, how can i make so that when people come on my site they can view all torrents and do not need register for this?

and how can i remove login attempts? not to banned

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and astound by your excellent work you do here. Keep up the good work.
I have problem with TorrentStrike Fullymodded v1.0 installation.
Eventhough I do the steps to install as described when I get to the point for the installation to create the database it just stalls... Bellow is an image of it.



I can't figure out what am I doing wrong and given the fact that I'm a very fresh (key word here is very) in using let alone working with mysql, and php, I'm kinda lost as to what the problem might be.
I use win 7 and xammp v1.7.1.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hey OldBoy , i use xampp 1.7.1 , with torrentstrike fullymodded, end it is working great, some things,
a) have you put a password for root on localhost/phpmyadmin both host localhost end 127.0.0.1 at privileges.
b)then afthere that in folder xammp/phpMyAdmin file config.inc.php at

$cfg['blowfish_secret'] =

delete xampp ...end put your password for root.
c)end also at

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] =

delete whats its say there end put cookie click save file... restart xampp ..stop..start.

Let my now if you still have problem with xampp end torrentstrike

Unfortunately it didn't work, although I had to change the pwd from the default (xampp) in step b indeed. Step a and c were already correct. Nevertheless, thank u anyway for ur prompt response! I appreciate it.

So you still don't see the page?... try another xampp (lates) or appserver / wamp, also read carefully the readme.txt. most important thinqs are make the config.php file put it in include end in the phpbb2 folder.Good luck

Done deal!
And the definition of the word Stupid should have my photo from now on beside it!
I had forgotten to create initially the database in MySQL!!!

Just a quick question is there a way to remove the money mod? It's kinda bugs me so I would like to remove it since I don't plan on using the petstore etc...
