TBDEV - Could not parse bencoded data prob

Hi all.
im pulling my hair out here..
been looking around on the forums and google and cant come up with a solution.

We recently changed to a new server and got a new domain name..
i've deleted all traces of old torrents, peers, and emptied in the snacth list table.

When ever anybody uploads a torrent, we keep getting the tracker stats reporting back "Could not parse bencoded data"
I dont understand what the problem could be

I have double checked the announce URL and that is corrent..
Is there anyone out there that can save me from this horror :)
