Lookings for a team to start a new torrent tracker

Hello guys,

I'm looking for 2-3 guys to start a new unique torrent tracker. I have a dedicated server for start and all I need are ideas.

Skills:
- Must know what the f*** is happening
- Some php skills
- Photoshop skills

What source code?
What are your goals for the tracker?
niche tracker?
external torrents?
auto-uploader?
What do you want the 2-3 guys to do for the site? Staff?
do you have staff to bring in on this? Are they experienced or is this another "Friend" site

a little more info would be way helpful here as to who responds and you will come closer to getting what you and they are looking for.

I want to make a tracker based on applications. Something different those that exists.

i have a gazelle up but gavin problems with sphinx,
i hope you find a good coder, a big plus is knowing about the code, my problem is i have no idea about coding loll
