but there is some helpful tools what can help out first of them is rapache

next one is web developers addon for mozilla firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60
whell this one have all best feathures like u can look at part of css in ur page (like in attached image)(helps to see what part of css edit to change color ore something like that)
have validaton tools and error console what says what's wrong in what line of code
and easy to use
