If you would have read My shout it is telling you that If you leave that feald blank it well take the name of the torrent that your uploading and use that as the tittle of the upload (winrar.rar.torrent) well be the name uses as the up load

If you do not want winrar.rar.torrent to be the name of the upload the give it a Name and make it descriptive

Of cource you would know this if You Know how to upload a damm torrent ON any site ever created!!!!
