Hello,
I am a professional coder with many years of experience.

I am looking to partner up with a theme designer to create themes together. Together we will sell the themes and share the profit.

It will be a 2 person partnership.
1) Me the coder (55%)
2) You The designer (45%)

You will be required to:
1) Create a .PSD themes (3 layouts)
2) Flash themes are excluded
3) You make the price for themes

if its a shared partnerships deal then why should you get 55%. it should be 50/50 split simple. Both parties have to work just as hard.

who sale this themes?
Hosting company should not be paid?
Maintenance team also?

we will try otherwise, i will make the design & u code
I want to see if you agree to lose a few days to turn a PSD(created in 3 hours) into a theme for Interspire Shopping Cart

P.S coder job is more difficult than the designer
