yes i agree with you there as ive used them and well what a load of shit they are always going down about 2 to 4 times aday and so on and at week ends well do not go there with them crap

I was using santrex vps service for like 6 months, i wasnt sure about support cuz all was running good for that time, suddenly all server was crashing, support was horrible. I will not use santrex ever again.

i have been running santex for some months now. i think they are pretty good/cheap and pretty prompt on support. ( in my experience with them ). i have hosted with them more than one occasion to.

I have hosted websites/trackers with said hosting company before and are at the moment as well as a radio and a seedbox and have no problems

I have had a shared hosting plan from santrex and i can tell you that is pretty bad.
From the second day i`ve purchased there were mysql problems and the connection was slow.My website was more down than up.They emiled me saying that they are DDos attacked and this kind of stuff.After that they also emailed me and said that those from shared plans should move to a DDos protected servers :))...which are considerably more expensive:

As you may be aware we've been targeted on our hosting1 DE server with major DDoS attacks for the past 48hrs, and we've been doing our utmost best to block the attacks but since your unmetered service is not clasified as a DDoS protected hosting we can not guarantee it to hold up against heavy attacks, therefore if you suspect your site to be the site being attacked on that segment then please do contact us at billing to arrange a move for you to our DDoS US hosting as it's only causing problems to all the customers on the hosting1 DE server which isn't quite fair.


We've changed the IP of the hosting for now to block the attacks and hopefully propagation wouldn't take long for your sites to respond again on the internet using the new IP address we've assigned.

well if someone is attacking your site, then you must move to a more secure location or at least have some protection on your hosting account.

i have never had any problems with santrex, infact alot of my affiliates are stil hosting with santex after alot of months (including myself) the support i get when needed is almost instant, no longer than 10-15minutes waiting time)

if you email them with attitude, they will give you attitude back (who wouldnt) if you be nice with them, they are great with you.

they DO have a page you can check to see if ANY servers have issues and when they will be resolved... nobody can do much to stop people DDOS attacking, shit happens. but if its you they are attacking, (yuo must have enemies??)

as for prices, if you want shit server you pay shit money, if you want GOOD server you pay good money. you get what you pay for.
