I noticed that when an account is Banned, and the user tries to enter the site, the page goes blank!

Is there a way to insert an image or text to the page, so that the user knows about the Ban!

some idea ?

the banned member will still be able to see everything in their allowed permission except they will have a pale gray color membership indicating their banning and they get a red bar I believe under the footer area saying they're banned from the site until further notice!!!

It should be that way, but I don't understand why the page becomes blank! It doesn't even give him access to the site like in the photo!
