previously i used ovh as my host for 4 years no issues and had 10 servers with seedboxes
ive seen little action from ovh for this abuse same as tracker hosting still many running with ovh for both hosting and seedboxes, but like leaseweb i think its ovh turn to be busted they have had long enough now without issues
its all about cash i suppose and only time will tell

all places have there ups and downs its just finding the right thing for your needs
