Unhappy xbtit dtfm v7.1 install problem
hi how to fix this problem

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'C:\xampp\htdocs/viewnews.php' (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in C:\xampp\htdocs\blocks\news_block.php on line 47
