why would you wanna move from one of the major base sources which has been in development for years to a source which has ony just released its first stable version
are you sure it has been properly protected against sql injection and XSS for a start ? ... if you want to move then post the structure of your sql at the moment and post the sql table structure of FTS as i cant be bothered downloading it
moving torrents is a pain in teh ass and thats most likely the one thing you will have problems with most of all... if teh table structures match closely enough as i would expect them too then you should be able to do a simply export/import operations
