This is a sql error in the footer while viewing the forum threw integration.
the forum is closing the data base connection before needed and this is causing trouble with PMBT cleanup script
To fix this Open phpBB3/includes/functions.php
find

}
and replace with

if (!defined('BT_SHARE'))$db->sql_close();
}
