A customer wrote us and showed us their full dispute with this company.

They Scammed this person out of 50.00 usd. = their VPL5 package. This client already had one server through them, you'd think they would respect an existing customer, but not these scammers. They are low life scum. Now they in the end tell the client to reply to the ticket for a refund, and the tickets are deleted by their system. These guys are total shit as a business.





the customer paid via paypal for the service, a vps server.

1/19/2012 01:40 PST - PayPal: Buyer escalated this dispute to a Claim.
1/19/2012 01:40 PST - Buyer: There was no money refunded, there was no service given for the server order either. I requested a refund and never did I have a login access. They billed me an invoice after taking the funds from my paypal and tried to get me to pay double.

1/9/2012 12:43 PST - Buyer: I have attempted to contact the seller and have not got a response about this new account with them. I want a refund as I havent recieved anything from them and i had to use another company for this server space.
1/7/2012 09:24 PST - Buyer: The server wasnt recieved nor was my account with this company updated as paid. So I decided to go elsewhere for this product. and request the refund of the money paid



PayPal did not refund the money because services are intangible items.

I am sorry but the billing department is not fully functional at present, so a dispute will not have any effect. A dispute is not the way for solving issues, I would request you to please submit a ticket for billing related issues.

The system did not record your payment due to an error. I have now credited the payment and your VPS has been set up. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

I have also added one month of extra validity to your VPS so the next due date is 2nd April 2012. As the issue has been resolved I am closing the other tickets, for any help please reply to this ticket.

since you refuse to return the money on the $50.00 server, I will never refer anyone to this company and when my other VPS expires I will not renew with you. Furthermore, I am turning all my information with my paid receipts from paypal over to the scam watch sites.

You are in the wrong for never giving details to the. new server when I paid you the money.
These VPS were for my development team, who build php sites. We own torrent trader.
I am sure my reviews to my affiliates about your services will be sufficient enough to keep any of them from purchasing here.
I will, within 3 days of this notice, mass mail the 22 k members on sceneunderground.org and post my review in TorrentTrader.org

You have refused to make restitution for your mistake and keep my money, This will cost you much more than what you've taken from me.

You have 72 hours to comply or I will make these postings.
