Default DAKz tsse56-greek
hello i am trying one more time to translate tsse in greek language..

i have some problems here

i set up phph.ver my Default Character Set:iso-8859-7. Invirment look ok with greek characters
but i have some problems on shoutbox ,profile Visitors Messages, uploaded torrent names, TORRENT COMMENTS...

characters are recognized like this ?????????????

*IF I CHANGE PHP TO another version pms will be fixed but inviroment will show rong chars
