Table 'narkobits.bans' doesn't exist
This meen that you haven't install the source, make a config.php put in include, give the right chmod ( again read the readme.txt ), open in browser admincp.php, setup the user end password mysql and the rest of settings, click submit and you will ask to install the sql file click install, Done.
For phpmyadmin do you set the root password? then go to xampp\phpMyAdmin open the file config.inc.php at $cfg['blowfish_secret'] put your the password for root end at $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = write cookie save restart xammp.
