Default Fancy Login Page
Fancy Login Page ... addapted and modified for tracker by me.

INSTALLATION:

Just replace the old login.php file from your root with login.php from the archive and put the folders inside the archive in your website root and edit the 98 and 99 lines from login.php with your tracker link.
