Hello...!
I've been trying to solve this problem on my own for time, but I just don't get it and can't find problem, so I thought, that some heads could help me out here...! ;)
So the problem is about russian and as you maybe know - latvian letters..!
They are different...!
Russian : форум
Latvian : vis
ādi burti ar garumzim
ēm
So writing these letters in my tracker i get this - ??????? or
this : 
So anyone could help me out? It would be great and thank you ;)
