My colleague xxxxxxx had purchased two vps from you and i think she should recieve alittle more respect then what has been given in this support tickets, it is very unprofessional of you to seem to be prolonging the refund over the vps associated with ip 178.162.229.120, her paypal e-mail address is
sceneunderground@live.co.uk and has you have stated below she could have a refund, my friend Andrew Walker has notified me that you have treat him bad over some refferals and if this continues then i will seek legal action.
You have me on skype under the username howarth1990 i wish for you to clear this matter up as soon as possible as my friend has been waiting along time which is very unfair, you host alot of torrenttrackers which use the source code torrenttrader and i urge you to hurry up or i will issue a takedown warning presenting this service is very bad.

Could you please tell me why the service has been discontinued on this product or why the vps is down?
It has been down for over 24 hours now. If there is a problem could you please give me a time when the vps will be back up.?
This service was paid for 6 months.
