As the error says, you're missing the salt field in the xbtit_users table
if you've updated from an older version of xbtit then you may need to manually run the sql queries in:
- upgrade/Security Suite - Extra SQL.sql
- upgrade/smf2_and_ipb_extra_sql.sql
This will alter the table structure appropriately.
