If this hasn't been nulled and decoded and you try to use it, and you get it functioning then xam will simply come by and take your db away.
The original, not nulled not decoded is full of back doors and exploits allowing access to every part of the code and the db.
Better off looking for one of the nulled, decoded releases here and with the mods and themes that are available you will be a way happier camper then worrying that your db is going to be taken away.
